What’s different this year?
EDIT SUBMISSIONS: Once a submission is entered, it CAN be edited! If you need to change a student’s grade, title of art work, etc. you can make those changes without making a new submission. Simply go to the “Review Submission” page and type in the email address you originally entered that submission with to view all entries. To make edits, click the “Edit Submissions” button above the table, then make changes and click “Submit” at the bottom of the page. The changes will be instantly made both in the database and in the labels you can print. You will no longer be allowed to edit, or submit entries after Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at 5pm.
SCHOOL NAME MUST AUTOFILL: We have entered all the schools who previously participated in the program to create a consistent school name (including capitalization, etc.) If your school does not auto-fill when you start typing it in, please contact Rachel directly to have it added to the list. This takes only a few minutes, however, please be patient.
SCHOOL ENTRY ONLY ONCE: If you are submitting several students from the same school, you only need to choose the school name once; it can automatically apply to all other submissions made! Plus, you don’t need to type in any addresses—yay! If you work at multiple schools it is recommended that you enter all the students from one school at a time to take advantage of this new feature.
DIRECTLY PRINT LABELS: There is NO CONFIRMATION EMAIL. That’s right, you don’t need to wait and constantly refresh your email to print labels for the art. Simply go to the “Review Submission” page and type in the email address you originally entered that submission with and click the “Print Labels” button above the table. You may print these as many times as you want, and edit them even after you print them. Please note that this will NOT be available after Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at 5pm.
We know that this looks very different from previous years submissions forms, the changes we’ve made are to streamline every step of the process. Submitting forms should be faster and easier, with less stress. If changes need to be made you have the ability to change them yourself and instantly print out updated labels. The chances of incorrect labels being attached to art pieces or changes needing to be made to labels has greatly decreased.
We do NOT review labels for mis-spellings or punctuation, so please ensure this is correct before Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at 5pm.
